Hi! I’m Rebecca! I've lived with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for as long as I can remember—diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) at just 18 months old. For years, I believed flare-ups were my inevitable reality, and there wasn’t much I could do beyond medication. But when I stopped eating gluten for an unrelated reason, I was shocked to discover my joint pain eased.
That moment sparked a journey of learning how food can support autoimmune health. By changing my diet, I’ve reversed my symptoms and no longer need medication to manage my RA. Now, I share the recipes that empower me to live well without pain—nourishing meals that use ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory properties, gluten-free, and mostly plant-based. Many of my recipes are also low-carb, keto-friendly, and paleo-friendly.
